The 2006 GT Bikes catalogue undertaking in terms of art direction had multiple aspects and disciplines within the product range to adhere to without focussing or neglecting any element.

Through development a unified approach was created to reflect each sector of the range with use of intellegent and simple symbology, typeface and vector work to create a catalogue, that, as a whole appeared as one family but through greater detail featured unique aspects such as treadmarks, asphalt photo bleed, types etc to differentiate to both the sales rep and consumer.

This allowed the catalogue to remain clean and focused on the products and information to the widest audience without losing detail by way of being busy and cluttered.

With such a large product range and wider market appeal it is of great importance that the catalogue can be picked up and read by anyone, quickly and easily without being lost in the artwork. Bold black and white as the predominant colourway pops the product from the page.

High Gloss finish with "hero" pics of both products and pro riders help to enforce the brands positioning as a market leader whilst also acting as a sectional breakup between, Road, MTB, BMX, Kids and Leisure ranges.
